Public iOS beta

Join the SIMPL Miles public beta for iPhone through Apple TestFlight. Approved testers get an Apple invitation after MLR M3DIA adds their Apple Account email to the beta test group.

1. Sign the NDA Complete the request form and digitally sign the beta NDA.

2. Submit the form Your request, NDA consent, and signature go straight to MLR M3DIA.

3. Watch for Apple After approval, Apple emails the TestFlight invitation for the iOS beta.

This Public Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement is entered into by MLR M3DIA and the beta tester identified in this form. Tester may receive access to unreleased iOS versions of SIMPL Miles through Apple TestFlight solely for testing, evaluation, and feedback. Confidential Information includes non-public SIMPL Miles builds, features, screens, workflows, designs, GPS drive tracking behavior, route estimate behavior, mileage and expense tools, receipt features, CSV export behavior, account and sync behavior, reminders, roadmap details, feedback requests, TestFlight invitations, non-public links, screenshots, recordings, communications, and other non-public technical, business, or product information disclosed by MLR M3DIA. Tester will use Confidential Information only to test SIMPL Miles, will not disclose it, will not post screenshots or recordings, will not share TestFlight access, will not copy or distribute unreleased builds, and will take reasonable steps to protect access to the beta app and communications. Tester will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, sublicense, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, private APIs, models, data structures, or non-public assets from SIMPL Miles except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction. Tester grants MLR M3DIA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use feedback without compensation or attribution. SIMPL Miles beta software is provided for testing only and may contain errors, crashes, incomplete features, inaccurate mileage or expense calculations, data loss, or service interruptions. Tester should not rely on beta records for tax, reimbursement, accounting, legal, financial, or business decisions. Tester understands that Apple TestFlight may collect and share crash logs, usage information, and submitted feedback with MLR M3DIA. SIMPL Miles may request access to location, photos, camera, receipts, notifications, and account services for app features. Submitting this request does not guarantee beta access, support response times, compensation, app availability, or future public release. MLR M3DIA may accept, remove, or reject testers at its discretion. Tester confidentiality obligations begin when Tester signs this Agreement and continue for two years after the later of Tester's last beta access date or the public release of the tested feature. Trade secrets remain protected for as long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law. On request from MLR M3DIA, or when Tester stops participating, Tester will uninstall beta builds and delete non-public materials, screenshots, recordings, notes, or downloaded Company materials in Tester's possession. Tester agrees to use an electronic signature and understands that submitting this form with a typed signature is intended to sign this Agreement.

SIMPL Miles Public Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Public Beta Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by MLR M3DIA ("Company") and the beta tester identified in this form ("Tester") as of the date Tester digitally signs below.

Purpose. Tester may receive access to unreleased iOS versions of SIMPL Miles through Apple TestFlight for the sole purpose of testing, evaluating, and providing feedback to Company.
Confidential Information. Confidential Information includes non-public SIMPL Miles builds, features, screens, workflows, designs, GPS drive tracking behavior, route estimate behavior, mileage and expense tools, receipt features, CSV export behavior, account and sync behavior, reminders, roadmap details, feedback requests, TestFlight invitations, public links that are not generally published by Company, screenshots, recordings, communications, and any other non-public technical, business, or product information disclosed by Company.
Exclusions. Confidential Information does not include information that Tester can prove was already public through no fault of Tester, lawfully known to Tester before disclosure, independently developed without use of Confidential Information, or rightfully received from a third party without a confidentiality duty.
Tester obligations. Tester will use Confidential Information only to test SIMPL Miles, will not disclose it to any person or organization, will not post screenshots or recordings, will not share TestFlight access, will not copy or distribute unreleased builds, and will take reasonable steps to protect access to the beta app and related communications.
No reverse engineering. Tester will not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, sublicense, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, private APIs, models, data structures, or non-public assets from SIMPL Miles except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.
Feedback. Tester may send bug reports, ideas, comments, and other feedback. Tester grants Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, copy, modify, publish, and incorporate that feedback into SIMPL Miles or other Company products without compensation or attribution.
Beta risks. SIMPL Miles beta software is provided for testing only and may contain errors, crashes, incomplete features, inaccurate mileage or expense calculations, data loss, or service interruptions. Tester should not rely on beta records for tax, reimbursement, accounting, legal, financial, or business decisions.
Data and TestFlight. Tester understands that Apple TestFlight may collect and share crash logs, usage information, and submitted feedback with Company. SIMPL Miles may request access to location, photos, camera, receipts, notifications, and account services for app features. Tester should use sample or non-sensitive data where practical and may stop testing by uninstalling the beta.
No guarantee. Submitting this request does not guarantee beta access, support response times, compensation, app availability, or future public release. Company may accept, remove, or reject testers at its discretion.
Term. Tester confidentiality obligations begin when Tester signs this Agreement and continue for two years after the later of Tester's last beta access date or the public release of the tested feature. Trade secrets remain protected for as long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law.
Return or deletion. On request from Company, or when Tester stops participating, Tester will uninstall beta builds and delete non-public materials, screenshots, recordings, notes, or downloaded Company materials in Tester's possession.
Electronic signature. Tester agrees to use an electronic signature and understands that clicking submit with a typed legal-name signature is intended to sign this Agreement.
