By using SIMPL Miles, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
SIMPL Miles is provided to help you record and organize mileage, expenses, receipts, favorite places, recurring drives, and related business details. You are responsible for reviewing records and deciding how to use them.
No Professional Advice
SIMPL Miles does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before relying on mileage records for tax, reimbursement, legal, or business purposes.
Location, Maps, and Reminders
GPS mileage, route estimates, background tracking, receipt scanning, notifications, and data syncing depend on device settings, permissions, connectivity, and Apple services. You are responsible for confirming that tracked or estimated mileage is accurate before relying on a record.
Accounts and Data
SIMPL Miles uses Sign in with Apple for account identity and Apple services for sync when available. Keep access to your Apple ID secure. You may delete your SIMPL Miles account and app records in the app, subject to normal device and Apple service behavior.
Availability
MLR M3DIA may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The app is provided on an as-available basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MLR M3DIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of SIMPL Miles.
